Începând cu 1 ianuarie 2018, companiile Python Systems și QUARTZ Data Recovery au încheiat un parteneriat cu scopul de a-și uni eforturile pentru a oferire servicii premium de recuperare a datelor la prețuri competitive.
De la începutul anului, companiile și-au extins dotările tehnice, baza de piese de schimb, cunoștințele tehnice și au implementat aceasi grila de preturi.

Ca urmare a încheierii parteneriatului, serviciile de diagnosticare, evaluare și recuperare a datelor se desfășoară exclusiv în laboratorul de la sediul QUARTZ Data Recovery din str. Ghe. Țițeica Nr. 142. Primirea suporturilor de date defecte dar și recepționarea datelor recuperate se poate efectua atât la sediul Python Systems Com din str. Vladoianu nr. 48, cât și la sediul QUARTZ Data Recovery din str. Gheorghe Țițeica.

3. Data Recovery

After your go ahead, the data recovery process begins, so we will be able to provide an estimate of the working time. The data recovery time is conditioned by many factors as the process may consist in several data recovery procedures depending on:

the defect found through the data recovery diagnostic (a mechanical failure requires replacement of components; firmware errors requires specialized software; file deletion or partition formating requires data recovery software) but also;
the type of storage unit.

Depending of the enumerated factors the data recovery process can take from 1 to 30 days (usually the data recovery process take between 24 - 48 hours ).

We will always endeavor to meet estimated working time and we will keep you informed during the recovery process by providing information by mail or by phone.

The Python Data Recovery laboratory, adhere to ISO 9001:2008 standards. This will ensure that certain methods work for every case, every time.

Drive is subject to interventions with specialized equipment and software and if that requires physical replacement of a component, this process is done in a dust free environment in the Python data recovery laboratory (Clean Room Class 100);
