Începând cu 1 ianuarie 2018, companiile Python Systems și QUARTZ Data Recovery au încheiat un parteneriat cu scopul de a-și uni eforturile pentru a oferire servicii premium de recuperare a datelor la prețuri competitive.
De la începutul anului, companiile și-au extins dotările tehnice, baza de piese de schimb, cunoștințele tehnice și au implementat aceasi grila de preturi.
Ca urmare a încheierii parteneriatului, serviciile de diagnosticare, evaluare și recuperare a datelor se desfășoară exclusiv în laboratorul de la sediul QUARTZ Data Recovery din str. Ghe. Țițeica Nr. 142. Primirea suporturilor de date defecte dar și recepționarea datelor recuperate se poate efectua atât la sediul Python Systems Com din str. Vladoianu nr. 48, cât și la sediul QUARTZ Data Recovery din str. Gheorghe Țițeica.

How should be the hard drive packed for delivery?
We recommend the packing in anti-static material. The box should have double the size of the hard disk, and the space filled with anti-vibrations material. In the hard disk is wet, do not try to dry it.
What is a ”Class 100 CleanRoom”?
This is a clean room or enclosure where the air is filtered from dust and other impurities. The temperature and humidity are controlled. The room is used when a hard drive case should be opened for repair or for replacing defective components.
What if I accidentaly deleted data?
You should turn off the computer as soon as you did this. If the computer is working there is risk that the data si overwritten and cannot be recovered.
What is the diference between physical and logical defects?
The physical defect imply components/parts. The logical ones are related to software (corrupted data, erroneous firmware, viruses, deleted files, corrupt partitions, etc.).
